1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Onia Education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered accounts.

2. What Onia Education Provides

Onia Education is an education consultancy platform. We help families:

• Learn about UK-accredited online schools and their programs.
• Navigate the admissions process for UK online schools.
• Receive guidance on curriculum options, program suitability, and costs.
• Communicate with school partners on their behalf.

We are not a school. We do not teach, assess, or award qualifications. All academic services are provided directly by the partner schools.

3. Consultancy Fees

Where Onia Education charges a consultancy or service fee, the fee will be clearly communicated before any payment is taken. All fees are in the currency stated at point of sale. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation or service has been delivered, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. School Fees and Enrolment

School tuition fees are paid directly to the partner school, not to Onia Education. Onia Education is not responsible for school fee refund policies, curriculum changes, or any dispute between a family and a school. In the event of a dispute, Onia Education will act as an intermediary to help facilitate resolution, but holds no financial or legal liability for school-side decisions.

5. Accuracy of Information

Onia Education endeavours to keep all information about partner schools accurate and up-to-date. However, school programs, fees, accreditation status, and availability may change. We recommend that families verify key details directly with the school before making any enrolment decision.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Onia Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
