It Started With One Question
My name is Warawut Prakobkarn. I'm a parent living in Thailand, and a few years ago I found myself searching for the best possible education for my own child — one that wouldn't require uprooting our family or compromising on quality.
I discovered King's InterHigh and other UK-accredited online schools and was genuinely amazed. Real British teachers. Live interactive classes. Internationally recognised qualifications. My child could earn a proper UK education from our home in Bangkok.
But the process of finding the right school, understanding the curriculum options, navigating admissions, and handling everything in English as a Thai family — it was genuinely hard. I realised that if it was hard for me, it must be nearly impossible for many other families across Asia who want the same thing.
Onia was built to solve that problem. Not as a school. Not as a faceless agency. But as a parent-led platform that genuinely understands what Asian families need when they choose UK online education.
